Calendar (times in EST)

Anyone can host and participate. Subscribe via google or other apps.

Participate

1. Select an experience you want to join and click “copy to my calendar”

2. Participate by entering the space with password 654321 at the time of the experience.

3. Follow the best practices when using the virtual space.

Host

1. Add your experience to the calendar. Email us if you need to edit it.

2. Invite your community by sharing this calendar or adding them as guests to the calendar invite emailed to you.

3. Host by entering the space with password 654321. To claim host click Participants, click Claim Host, and enter the Host Key 654321.

4. Follow the best practices when using the virtual space.
